The Kenora Construction Association presented two recipients Curtis Zilinski an employee of Lake of the Woods Electric and Kevin Schneider an employee of LMD Contracting with $500 Apprenticeship Bursaries for the 2014 year. This bursary was established to recognize the hard work and dedication of individuals pursuing a career in the trades.
The Kenora Construction Association provides up to four $500 apprenticeship bursaries for the current calendar year. The applicants must be employed by a KCA member organization; and must be enrolled as a full-time student in an apprenticeship program in the current calendar year.
